Terms and Conditions
New Members – Applications will be considered and approved or rejected at monthly board meetings. This is purely a nomination form please request form via admin@kbrc.com.au once approved by board online new applications will be approved online and membership cards will be sent.
Membership Cards – The KBRC now has the capacity to print our own Membership Cards. To eliminate any misunderstanding with where they may have gotten to, cards will not be printed or issued until payment has been received, if lost replacements Cards if required can be re-issued there is a cost for replacement cards.
Course Access – Membership to the KBRC entitles the Member and their Guest, course access at all meetings including the Race Round Value $580. Your card MUST be presented at the gate, no card no entry this includes digital or physical card, Please be aware when assigned a member card the barcode is the same as the digital one giving you the option to scan in on the day via mobile app or physical card but please be aware your guest MUST show guest card at the gate for entry.
Membership Entitlements – as well as entry to all race meetings Membership entitles the Member, entry to the Members Bar on race days. Members are also entitled to Discounted Beverages in the Members Bar & Blue Spec.
Membership Points – Members can earn points on purchases throughout the bars on course and are redeemable in the Members bar. Membership card must be scanned to earn points.
Members Privileges – Members can purchase, subject to availability, Members Privileges from the KBRC Office Monday-Friday or Race Day Office on Race Day. Standard Race Day Members Privilege passes are $25, Race Round: Boulder Cup $75, Hannan's Handicap $100 & Kalgoorlie Cup $175.
Sharing of Membership Cards- Please be advised membership cards are not transferable.
Children, Race Round- Children are not permitted in the members during Race Round, Boulder Cup, Hannan’s Handicap & Kalgoorlie Cup.Children under 18 years of age are NOT PERMITTED in the bar area, however they are permitted in the front tiered seating area and must be always under adult supervision.

ON ANY RACE DAY - Receive complimentary Gate entry and receive right to purchase one Member area pass plus one Member Guest pass if Available.
Members Dress Standards
Smart Clean attire for men & women is required
- NO smoking
- NO Sandshoes, joggers or thongs
- NO active sportswear, beachwear or tracksuits
- NO shirts without collars- wearing a jacket over a collarless shirt/ t-shirt does not qualify
- NO soiled clothes
Digital or Physical Card must be ready for presentation on request.
